Branislav Ivanovic is the sole Premier League player to make Uefa’s Champions League squad of the season.
England’s top-flight clubs had a miserable time in the competition with Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester City all losing at the last-16 stage while Liverpool failed to make it out of their group.
Chelsea defender Ivanovic is part of an 18-man Uefa squad that also features 10 of the players from champions Barcelona while runners-up Juventus have five representatives.
Real Madrid’s Cristiano Ronaldo is also in the line-up.
