Justin Bieber refused to take a photo with a fan while he was enjoying a night out in Dublin.

The Canadian pop superstar, 22, was at The Goat bar and restaurant in the Irish capital and wasn’t too happy when local Keith Vasey spotted him and filmed him as he made his way back to his car.

A video was shared on Facebook showing Bieber’s entourage telling the fan to stop filming.

The one minute clip was uploaded alongside the caption: “Just got put in my place by JUSTIN BIEBER!!!! #Sunbed #NeverMeetYourIdol.”

Vasey said Bieber had a “terrible” attitude and claimed the singer became “aggressive”.

Speaking to Independent.ie he said: "I obviously was so excited and nervous to actually come face to face with him that I got confused but his attitude was terrible.

"Once it sank in as to who I just brushed shoulders with I stood outside waiting to ask him for a photo. I was the only one who knew he was in there on Grafton St. It's not like there were thousands of fans swarming him.

"His bodyguard was polite and just asked me to stop filming. However Justin got aggressive as you can see in my video. No need for it. My sister camped outside Ticketmaster for 24 hours to get a ticket to his show and this is his attitude."

Bieber is in Dublin for his Purpose World Tour which will see him play two nights at the 3Arena.

His stroll through the city comes a few days after he was spotted enjoying a traditional Scottish meal of deep fried haggis at the counter of a Glasgow fish and chip restaurant.

Owner Alessandro Varese told Glasgow Live that Bieber stayed for around 20 minutes and chatted to staff.

"Justin came in with a cap on and two bouncers with him. He was in good spirits and very excited about trying the local cuisine," he said.

"He was in around 10.30pm and ordered a haggis supper, fish supper and two sausage suppers and a couple of cans of Irn Bru.

"He had a few bites of the fish supper while at the counter and seemed to enjoy it, and he said the Irn Bru was lovely."
