Police have launched an inquiry after a body was found washed up on a Co Antrim beach.
The remains, believed to be that of a man, were discovered at Carnlough on the north coast.
A Police Service of Northern Ireland statement said: "Police are investigating following the discovery of a body on the beach in Carnlough today.
"No further details are available at this time."
Police and Coastguard have attended the scene.
