Top Gear's Jeremy Clarkson has sold his stake in his production company to the BBC for £5 million.
Clarkson set up Bedder 6 to cash in on the car show’s global brand.
He jointly owned 50 per cent with Top Gear executive producer Andy Wilman, who will make about £3 million.
BBC Worldwide owned a half stake and now has full control.
The corporation’s top-paid star earns about £500,000 a year fronting the show.
