If you like breakfast in bed, this could be the flat for you.
An Earls Court pad only slightly larger than a single bed has just come up for let on property site RightMove for £170 a week.
There’s a hob, kettle and microwave piled on top of a fridge (that’s the kitchen) situated just behind the tenant’s pillow.
A corner shower and basin is situated to the left of the pillow, too –although the tiny space didn’t allow room for a toilet.
The ad offers prospective tenants no information as to where they might be able to relieve themselves.

The agent, RR Properties, claims the room is “a fully furnished bedsit within walking distance to Imperial College.”

There are seven photos of the flat shown in the post on the website, which was published on Wednesday.
Most of the images show alternative views of the bed.

The ad appears to be targeted at students with a note "Available for next academic year 2014-2015"
A spokesman for RR Properties said he wasn't sure about the square foot area of the property, but welcomed viewings.
