Sir Richard Branson has launched his first Virgin company for three years
12 April 2012
Sir Richard Branson today launched his first Virgin company for three years - a gadget helpline.
Virgin Digital Help is selling software that diagnoses difficulties with laptops, mobile phones or televisions.
The service, which costs £2.99 a month, was launched as a poll showed that 78 per cent of people admit to shouting at technology, and 21 per cent to throwing gadgets against a wall.
Virgin Digital Help has a call centre and will charge £90 for a call-out to fix bigger problems.
