Agent Provocateur founder Serena Rees has knocked £1 million off the asking price of her Regent’s Park mansion.
The lingerie entrepreneur listed the John Nash-designed neoclassical house in Cumberland Terrace for £13.95 million last year. However, the Grade I-listed, five-bedroom property has yet to attract a buyer.
Rees, who set up undies label Les Girls Les Boys last year, refurbished the place herself and there is a distinctly modern feel to the interiors, with clean lines and a refreshing palette making a nice contrast to the historical features.
She even installed her own wine cellar.
With far-reaching views over the park, you would be forgiven for thinking this central London property was a country pile.
